The Atkins diet is all about eating healthy
and tasty while losing weight at the same time.
Yes it's possible! This lifestyle isn't about
counting calories and fat, but about carbohydrates.
You start with almost no carbs at all and then gradually
add more during the 4 phases of the program.
This causes weight loss without being hungry and
without feeling you're missing out on the good stuff,
so it's easier to keep up.
It also supplies you with enough protein and
essential fats, as opposed to most other diets.
A shortage of protein can cause your body to start
"eating" your muscle tissue, making you lose weight but not bodyfat.
